Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.

2. SMS Program Name and Description

Program Name: Appointment & Business Communication Alerts

Program Description:
This SMS program is used to send informational messages related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, scheduling updates, and service-related notifications. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by submitting their phone number through our website forms, booking systems, or written consent.

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and appointment activity.

3. Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, booking forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS messages from KineticReach Media. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you rejoin the program.

5. Rejoining Instructions

If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may re-enroll by:

KineticReach Media does not provide legal advice and is not liable for misuse of messaging systems by clients.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KineticReach Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or messaging programs. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
